Technology of antifriction oiling mixture based on fat-containing waste of fish processing plants

The technology of antifriction oiling mixture based on fat-containing waste substances and soap water flows has been worked out. Fat-containing waste substances have been generated as a result of purification of fish processing enterprises' wastewater, soap water flows – refuse of fish oil refining. The antifriction oiling mixture is considered to be used in different branches including oil-well drilling.

Tribe-technical and surface-active properties of soap water flows of fish oil production

Tribe-technical and surface-active properties of soap water flows generated as a result of fish oil purification have been studied in the paper. Soap water flows have been recommended as a part of oiling mixture for oil well drilling.

The technology of antiadhesive oiling mixture based on fat-containing waste substances and soap water flows has been worked out. Fat-containing waste substances have been generated as a result of purification of fish processing enterprises wastewater, soap water flows – refuse of fish oil refining. The antiadhesive oiling mixture is considered to be used in manufacturing of building ferro-concrete designs.

Use of fish oil as surface-active properties in technological processes

The lubricant additive on the basis of fish oil for improvement of tribotechnical and surface-active properties of a chisel solution has been offered. Surface-active properties of the new lubricant additive have been investigated. Lower consumption of the proposed component as compared to the traditional lubricant additive has been marked. Ecological safety of the lubricant additive on the basis of fish oil has been shown.

Study of the process of extracting nutrients from the wastewater of fish processing enterprises

The process of tertiary treatment by hydrobotanical way of the fish processing enterprise sewage has been investigated. The dependence of efficiency of biogene elements extraction from sewage on intensity of accumulation of the general nitrogen and phosphorus in the biomass of the lagoon native macrophytes has been shown. The optimum period of contact of the root system of the lagoon native macrophytes with sewage has been revealed.
